Her singing is pretty good and engaging, and I believe those 3 min karaoke clips contributed a lot to her popularity, moreso than many hour long streams (typical clip effect). And I think her energy level is just about right for many people.
Out of curiosity, what are thinking of when you say "She could be so much more"? I can think of a few things but most of them depend on things that would depend on a lot of personal interest and a couple of years of experience.
