I must be 100% honest on this one - some of her streams are, indeed, boring.
However, that's not her fault in the slightest and it's absolutely normal, since it's impossible for a stream to be a non-stop blast or something like that. It has its highs and lows and if the entire streams were just fun and nothing else, there would be way more clips, longer ones at that.
There are very few Fubuki clips and I feel like the reason for that is that she simply does what she wants, when she wants and doesn't care for the popularity of the games that she plays or what people think of them. If she finds it fun, she will do it.
This doesn't always align with people's tastes and they simply stop caring, going as far as to say she's stale and 'boring'. This is fine, everyone is entitled to their opinions and beliefs.

That being said, I absolutely love Fubuki and her content. I agree that sometimes other members seem more fun and entertaining, but Fubuki has this sort of charm that no one else has. Her streams are fun, even if I don't understand her language at all. Usually I play them in the background as I do other stuff, but simply listening to her voice and hearing her reaction to stuff is enough for me to find fun and enjoyment in her streams.

I love Fubuki, unconditionally. This will not change. I loved her before I joined the whole Hololive community, I love her now and I will keep loving her for as long as she continues streaming.
That being said, I love other girls too. Rushia, Noel, Calli, Kiara, Pekora, Gura, Subaru, etc.
I love pretty much everyone in Hololive and I try my hardest to support everyone.
But despite all of this, Fubuki has always been, and always will be, my oshi, my number one and my most favorite of them all.

This cute fox has taken a hold of my heart and I don't want her to ever let it go.
