It seems this is where kurosanji wants to move, because you don't need talented chuubas (sing, dance, gaming, comedic banter) for this kind of content, the content itself is what make it interesting and since the content itself is tame they don't even need to design a very detailed 2D/3D model reducing cost even further.
So If i get it right Riku's next move is to move to content that is so low risk that the probability of drama is low, low risk mean he doesn't have to hire many managers or at all, so technically he would be solving the problem, "expanding" to new frontiers and "earning" the fans trust again.
