It's a k-pop social media meme thing, popular with zoomers as I understand it. The idea is basically, "shoot a phone video of your oshi while she performs" and call it a "fancam". I found the panning distracting versus just fixed camera angle, but I absolutely know what Kiara is going for. I'll be curious to see what happens when Korean evening starts.
