Not gonna write a whole essay about it but nijisanji left the problem to fester for too long.

The AR live would have been great for them if it debuted back in feb 2023 like it was originally planned, but the fuckups and mismanagement were literally aeons in vtuber time and cost them a huge chunk of their fanbase.
