Nope, no Scarle. At least not on the poster.
Gee I wonder why.

Her fans will follow her after she leaves. She knows it, management knows it, the other livers know it, everyone knows it. They've seen the support Doki and Mint got and continue to get from their fans, no matter how badly corporate wants them to be unaware of publicly-available information and the concept of post-Niji success.

Whether she stays or leaves after the merger has less to do with whether she's content with where she is and her current level of success, and more to do with whether or not JP management is content with where she is and her current level of success. There's at least a 20% chance of her getting "randomly" culled from the company once the merger happens, in spite of her bringing in the most superchat revenue in EN; and especially because of picrel. If she stays after the merger, JP management will do their damnedest to make sure she languishes in mediocrity, especially if she's more successful than they want her to be.

So when is Niji gonna fire Scarle, and will they list "acknowledged Zaion's existence" in her white paper? Because between liking the kurosanji comment, not retweeting the black screen, and giving away that "unofficial" daki, I'm surprised they haven't fired her yet.

>they just stealth suspended her over some twitter whining?
Nominally, yes.
But that's not the real reason why management is mad at Scarle, and everyone involved knows it.

Fun fact: the Starbucks thing is not the only reason why the sisters hate Scarle, and it will not be the only thing mentioned in her upcoming termination notice

Quick reminder that the Starbucks thing is not the real reason why the sisters hate Scarle.
And yes, this incident will be cited when they Zaion/Selen her.

Not only does it match the pattern, but they've already tried to follow the pattern to its conclusion. They "stealth" suspended her for 30+ days pending termination for liking the "Kurosanji" comment; or at least they wanted to, but the fan backlash was too severe and too immediate for them to get away with it, so they reinstated her after less than one day.
They can't fire her, suspend her, or otherwise punish her, at any point moving forward, unless she does something which would get her bonked by corporate if she were in Hololive or any other non-shit vtuber agency. They know it, she knows it, the fans know it, everyone knows it. And as much as management hates it, she's safe for the rest of her time in Niji EN* unless she breaks NDA or commits a major felony - and even breaking NDA might not be enough for them to legally fire her, since Niji EN has already proven that they view non-disclosure agreements as optional non-disclosure suggestions.

*I specified "her time in Niji EN" rather than "her time in Nijisanji" since she'll probably get culled from the company once the merger happens, along with at least a dozen others. The merger will happen this year, and may happen as soon as the end of next week.
