Omega's lorefaggotry was just a bunch of chunni mutterings that somehow got made into a promo video. That shit falls flat in wrestling, too, with the only possible exception being Edge's introduction. Just like with Edge, it's clear that Council had no fucking clue where management was going with the promo videos beyond the little blurb we got for each character. Council also made very little attempts at asserting the kayfabe as their own, nor reinforcing it with their own ideas. The only exception is Sana, who did routinely lean into her kayfabe as a giant space baby that likes bread and cute things, but you know how that turned out in the end.
Forget "living up to the hype of the promos", Omega basically vagueposted on the HoloEN youtube channel and hoped the girls would somehow pick up what he was putting down. And when people (including the talents) didn't get it, he turned into a vtweeter.
