There's no "feats", she's just schizoaffective. She's said many times she's the most stable she's been in her life and is fine. It's just she's at max dosage of several different meds, they scramble her brain like crazy and will likely eventually stop working.
She's a good girl doing her best with a shitty hand she was dealt, she is mentally ill but schizophrenia runs in her family and she was an extremely early onset case.
