Takamori didn't work out. Kiara was always much more invested in the ship than Mori who felt they'd be better off just acting as normal friends the way most Holos do with each other. Mori's comment basically brought up the fact she didn't want to be as close to Kiara as Kiara wanted to be with her, which is something that's hurt Kiara for a long time, she even cried on stream when she was playing a game that had a similar relationship some weeks after she moved back to Austria.
