To be fair, they all have a lot of shit to do. The elevens are always either streaming, practicing, recording, (some of them studying) etc, which means it'll be natural for them to collab with their usual partners instead of someone new.
Bae herself has to study and is slowly trying to get herself back into shape (or at least, was; I have a gap of two and a half months of not watching streams) which she'll need for the eventual Council concerts (and maybe even the HoloFES next year).
And none of this is taking into account that they also have their own personal time outside of work, which they could be using just to relax, spend time with their other friends, families, etc.
