Depends, hard to do much with just a black and white sketch and how "unique" you want to be.
Personally I'd say just go with the normalness, normal is good enough ,people are there for the personality not the design anyways

Personally the important think I think in the designs for vtubers are their face, because the body is hidden 99% of the time so who cares about it, so go wild with the hair. give it some fun twists with the twintails if you wanna add some flair, here's some quick ideas, but i'm neither a drawfag nor a designfag so take everything i say with a grain of salt.
