Yes, I got tested after being called out for chewing my hair in a way older thread, where someone posted art of Haruka munching her own.

I stopped doing that though, i bought a little dice full of things to fidget with and that manages my anxiety just as well.

You're right, it's objectively better to be around native speakers from a learning standpoint. The problem is that i can't help but feel isolated because my experience with the language doesn't allow me to keep up as well as a native would.

Doesn't stop me from barging into VRChat rooms and being cringe though.
