Ideally at least 3 of them would be from EU or stream during EU hours.
One of them should be really dedicated on singing in English too.

A proper full on "GFE" would be great, but only if it feels proper like think Lamy.
Hopefully none of them are interested much in non-holo stuff, I want more holos like Koyori who really love Hololive with all their heart instead of ones who just want to use it as a bridge or those who try to connect it to the western vtubing sphere.
