Real rrat here. Riku was aware of the clique/corruption of EN branch. Surely Livers in the past have appealed directly to upper management by the bullying/corruption issue. But instead of directly addressing the problem, which would have led to more termination and angry investors, he chose half measure of sending handpicked JPs who would mellow things out in the EN branch(Yugo and other pure JP debuts). Of course that failed. Corruption was too great. Like great men he chose half measure when he should have gone all in. Now he and the company is paying the price.
