It's a bit of a gradient. It starts off dark blue at the top, and gradually lightens to a yellowish/limeish green at the bottom. With a few color splotches here and there. They way UI draws them makes them very unique and a lot of artists mess up on that part. It's how I can always tell Subaru apart from any other generic short haired anime character.
