Second phase was targetting a random indie (Koron) who got 10k CCV for a random stream, but whose VOD after processing became just 1.6k, wiping all those views (likely due to being from the exact same IP range, indicating Viewfarms).
Third phase was this snake girl.

Notice how after the 1st phase, they also botted Amelia and Ollie in order to throw off their trail, and in the 2nd and 3rd phase they aren't targetting any corpos who are tracked in statistics sites, just random indies or small corpos.

Viewfarming is very common among the Chinese, because there literally everyone is cheating, and if you are the only person not doing it, you will never get anywhere in life.
The entire country has broken window syndrome.
