>The Owner of MSM Talent, a Talent Agency that reps twitch Vtubers like Geega, Grimmi, Lord Aethelstan, Heavenlyfather, Nihmune (Numi), Yuzu, and Vienna was found out to not have an active business license by a /lig/ thread autist with too much free time. He discovered the owner has the LLC forfeited to the state of Maryland for non-payment of taxes over several years, which means MSM has been operating without a buisness license of LLC protection for its talents, and means their contracts may not be valid. On top of that, they discovered a lot of the management were members of x1 entertainment, an entertainment company that closed last year for not paying their talents. In addition, it was also revealed that a Hotsauce company bankrolled by MSM, Saucy Biz, is also not a legal LLC and also doesn't even have proper contact info or privacy policy info listed. They literally just left a blank template
