Greeting,Nature biologist anon here. I finished cleaning up my camp sight and continued deeper into the forest. I looked up and spotted a mated pair of doves.this pair consist of and Altdove and Shindove crossbreeding between these to species are common do to the Altdoves attraction to the blue feathers seen on one of the shindoves wings. Shindoves are a type of mourning dove and do not do well alone so if you wish to keep one as pet please keep a pair or another tempbird species.they get along well with hakkitos so if you are looking for companion for a lonely hakkito but are worried about the territorial tendencies hakkitos can show among themselves a shindove is a great choice tho they need a lot of spaces as they are very strong flyers.
