Otsonny!! Ahh noctyx outfits... sudden announcement, no outfit predictions, speedran reveals, I'd complain but it's honestly very on-brand. And thank fuck sonny went first, my nerves were already bad enough leading up to it that I think I would have actually passed out if I had to let that anxiety build up through multiple other streams. As soon as I saw that plane background I felt a little relieved he had SOMETHING prepared.... honestly with the muted thing (yellow boys...) and the scuff I was cringing a little bit which didn't feel great in addition to the nervousness, but in hindsight the skit was pretty funny. The voices done on the fly like that were impressive, I appreciate that we got to witness sonny touched inappropriately by a briskadet in real time and his little MS paint ID was cute. As for the outfit... Ahhh I have such mixed feelings. I'm really happy about the mask and hat combo, he looks like such a creep and I really hope he plays into that more on-stream. Disappointed he can't just pull the mask down though. The hair... keep the hat on. I'm glad it's still piss yellow (arguably even moreso now), but the lack of volume makes me a little sad. Exposing more of his neck and collarbone is sexo, and I do like the outfit even though he looks so damn lanky in it, I miss his gloves already but the bare hands, ring, and cuff are nice too. Cute water bottle. I already dug up a grey hoodie I didn't wear much out of my closet back in october because of the offcollab, I'll have to keep an eye out at thrift stores for a blue jacket with yellow lining now since I reckon that'll be much easier to find than his main coat. Negi on the fanny pack is a cute little touch, although I do wish the bag itself was toggleable... BUT HE HAS SOME TOGGLES NOW! The way they joked about that made me laugh. The old hair with the mask is pure, unadulterated sex. Overall I'd rate it 6/10, undercover cop is what I was hoping for and is much better than some of the alternatives (bald, backwards hat, we all saw the shitposts), and as anons have said it's a bit plain but suits him fairly well. I'll just see him as a stalker rather than a kpop idol... if you can't already tell, I very much agree with his tweet after his stream.

As for everyone else, I'll keep my thoughts fairly brief... uki's is great; the video was nice, the long, desaturated hair is pretty, the casual outfit isn't my style but suits him a lot. The slippers are a little goofy KEK but they're fitting for him and you won't see them 97% of the time anyways. I'm really jealous of the megane! He's starting to look like a lesbian but that seems to be a trend for a lot of the boys' second outfits anyways. It's cute how much kiki-mama loves him. Fuuchan's... the lack of hype was honestly funny, I appreciate that he wasted no time in showing it off and the throwback with the apple was good. I like the fit, I don't think the salmon shirt is that bad. Not a huge fan of the bangs but we're already seeing fanartists work their magic (just like they are with sonny kek). I also think his unobscured face is cute, I was a little worried it would look off since I was so used to having one side covered (same with vox) but once you get used to it it's not bad at all. I do hope we can see the archivist outfit soon, for both fuuchan and comfydants' sake. Finally, as for alban... his outfit is on a whole different level honestly, the toggles are unreal and I'm honestly pretty jealous. It's cute though! Even if he didn't get shorts this time, I like the plaid and the sliver of exposed forehead. I didn't hate his original outfit but It's a good upgrade after over a year of longcat. In all, with the theme these outfits ended up being a little basic (aside from alberto's), but at least now they're out of the way and everyone can get to commissioning what they want! Again, I just hate change, so hopefully sonny's new hair will start growing on me soon. Fuckin dweeb... The mask really is sexo though, I'm already loving the fanart. Also, I will say the new key visual is fucking fantastic and a much-needed glowup, I've always been envious of season 2 in particular for having such nice key illustrations. Everyone feels so much more animated, and I love how done sonny looks— normally I hate the repetitive plastic shit merch but I wouldn't mind having an acrylic stand of that one. I wonder if sonny will have a schedule this week or if he's still busy... need more exposure therapy for that hair. There's a couple other big collabs that look a little early for him, but maybe he'll join. Who knows, I look forward to seeing what the week brings regardless!
