I haven't watched Selen yet so I can't comment about her but I had this same problem with a fighting game streamer, the truth is that they are actually trying to analyze what happened and offer some insight about what's going on in the game, it's actually super helpful for people who want to get into it.

Said streamer also happens to have a very nasally voice so he comes out as whiny even if he doesn't mean it.
