The war between Tengen and Nintendo was ruled for Nintendo before the rights got ruled back to the original creator Pajitnov in 1996 when he bought the right to his own game to the Russian government who still actually owned it over Nintendo, he missed out on an estimated 40 millions dollars but at least he finally owned his own game.
