Well that's a lot of things piled up together, I've also gone through being a NEET and dealing with my grandparent's deaths, having to see all my family made me very ashamed since I had done nothing for months on end, like I had given up on life.
But hear me out, I understand that reaching out to your family and sharing these feelings is scary because of all the judging that comes with it, as well as being held responsible and accountable. So if you want to skip that if you can't bear it don't stress it. But I want you to take a step forward and start taking your life back, start looking for places to work at, places where you're in contact with people where you feel surrounded, as long as you get out of the house 4-5 times a week is good.
Don't worry about the money or a career just yet, worry about getting used to putting yourself together in the mornings, heading to work, talking to people, being comfortable with yourself; dressing nice, showering, taking care of your health and your apperance.

I know I'm making it sound like... so crude and clear cut, and your depression won't disappear overnight. But these steps will slowly and surely prove to yourself that you're not useless, you're capable of working, of thinking ahead, that you're able to bring yourself back from the depths, etc and so on.

But above else learn to love yourself and just be good to yourself, like keep your room clean and smelling good, buy some new clothes (go cheap right now lol, salvation army got good finds) tell yourself that you're moving forward little by little.
If you got nobody to confide in then that's a lot harder, but in the long run you'll learn so much more from the introspective as well.
Focus on your goals, and never forget your values and principles. Just because you're vulnerable don't let bad influences and assholes take over your life either. Be aware of people who will promise you everything but shower you with shit.

And well, good luck out there, I hope you will find yourself in a better place eventually, and alive... most importantly alive. You mean a lot.
