I think Risu played a bit, and Reine has been consuming fanfics since forever and has used that experience on stream for her scenario building/minecraft fics. But for me? A good addition is of course Anya Melfissa because she's untainted by the expectations video games give people when it comes to TTRPGs. Tabletop rpgs, unlike video games, allow you a freedom of action outside of the mechanical constraint of a pre-programmed game and thus can facilitate whatever strange ideas you have. Tabula Rasa players are the best for any group, new or old.

Because Ina is just quiet in general and Mori does an okay job in trying to elicit a reaction from her? As for Ame, I'm going to admit there's a legit mismatch in expectations on what the campaign is supposed to be and Mori did her best to facilitate her. She rolls with it just like any good GM, but it's inevitable that some people won't work together as a ttrpg group, regardless of whether they're good friends or not. That's what shuffling players for, to find a group that works together. She can definitely recruit the council and HoloID for it, and Fauna and Reine are very promising options. Maybe Anya too but I'm just biased.

As an actual GM who has been playing TTRPGs since 2008 (and been on /tg/ even way before that), Mori DOES suffer a few flaws. Notably drumming up the stakes and dumping everything together in one go, such as the unique set of enemies in each player during their own tutorial sessions, that make it difficult to piece together, and well, sidestepping consequences by either downplaying or sidestepping them. Granted, No GM worth his salt actively seeks to kill players, but Mori does hold back even if she says she doesn't. This is fine and all if the players are lucky in their rolls, but becomes blatantly obvious the moment they get lucky and somehow come out relatively unscathed.
