The vast VAST majority of fans are not there for live streams on engaging with them. They are just there to see clips of the silly anime girls and maybe check out some music. Here's a community poll Kiara did not too long ago that should shed some light on the average fan

Also in general a lot of their more "generic" tweets do better. Stuff like the good morning tweets. No one else in EN really does those so it makes sense that they would have higher engagement. Also their gachikoi appeal.
