Because it is already here, that's the same file as before, lmao. You want cfg 12 for Hello Asuka, but I already pieced that together before I started looking for Houshou Bob Ross. Still, that's the only thing that looks off.

I won't be able to help you very much with the upscaling options you have available in webui, but I went back and tried to upscale https://litter.catbox.moe/ui7xlz.png - so first I regenerated her "exactly the same way" but because "k_euler_a" she's holding an entirely different painting lol https://litter.catbox.moe/nywm1d.png

and also tried to generate it at a higher resolution to begin with - using the same exact seed - ofc this gives a different image entirely https://litter.catbox.moe/btnpkp.png and not a very good one.
