I like Mumei for her autism, but her design is completely anti-sexual in the fetish sense you could associate with vtubers. The rest of Councilrys all have things you could easily sexualize, Mumei is literally a girl you could find in your neighborhood - pretty, but a bit bland. Kronii has her dynamite body; Sana was a gigantic gyaru; Fauna started with some feet appeal and decently curvy body, later buffed to nearly Kronii proportions in fandom perception because of cowkini; Bae is a raunchy shortstack; Irys is a slutty dumb succubus girlfriend. Mumei is just medium all around. It's good to have that medium member around, of course, but that's your answer.
