VOMS is basically GYARI. GYARI is a vocaloid producer who started watching vtubers, but wasn't satisfied and decided to make his own.[1] He designed and rigged them and owns the rights to the designs and only makes money from merch. The streamers do their own streams and keep all the money they make from streams. There's no managers, so they do their own schedules and permissions. GYARI held auditions and only provided the models and the software to run them. They don't get any equipment or salary from VOMS. Pikamee only just started using a phone instead of her computer's webcam on the last stream.

I guess if you had label them, they're kinda like a doujin circle.
