You should! I've been to the Philippines several times before actually, as well as to other Asian countries like Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand. They've modernized quite a lot since I was last there before the pandemic. A huge number of Japanese stores, restaurants, and even malls have popped up. I joked about how Manila was starting to feel like how Blade Runner depicted LA - the fusion of Japanese and the local cultures.
