This is a big gripe for me too, I love horde shooters but all the fresh games in the world won't give me the same fix that l4d and payday 2 does, so I just end up going back to old reliable

Oh yeah those are really not in vogue, been a lifelong God of War fan and it's so heartbreaking to see the franchise continue with a genuinely interesting story, but a combat system so divorced from what I love about it that I can barely stand to play it.
