I used a model called Anything V3.0 which is some sort of tweaked NovelAI for that one, which tends to give more finished pictures than vanilla NAI, used the Sakimichan hypernetwork at .50 strength for that extra soullessness and some glow.
If you don't already have "masterpiece, high quality" on your prompts try doing that. You could look up negative prompts that people constantly use as well.
Pic is the kind of result I got just using NAI full version and no hypernetwork(SFW gives better stuff usually though)
