It wasn't dramasisters, it was cumsharts themselves who tried to spread this rrat. They fucking hate it when Ame doesn't play into their precious ship enough because they think Gura is genuinely in love with her or something. So in their eyes if Ame isn't constantly pandering to the ship she's "hurting" Gura's feelings.

Thus they made up the narrative that Gura did a harmless prank and Ame, being the horrible person she is, totally overreacted and *gasp* called her a bitch and this scarred Gura forever.
But, here's the trick, as soon as they collab again, all that hate not only instantly evaporates, they actually memoryhole the entire thing and pretend that they've never doubted Gurame.

This isn't even the first time they've done this either. It also happened when Ame didn't want to help Gura in Minecraft, among other things, see pic related.

Because that's just how cumsharts are, they don't care about hololive, they don't care about any holo but Gura, and genmates are just tools to get more Gura content (in fact, the primary reason this ship even existed)

So they openly raided her streams, spammed her chat about Gura constantly, openly announce that they're "leaving to watch Gura" to make her feel inferior (you could tell she got quiet when this happened) and many other things. One time Ame and Gura were streaming minecraft simultaneously but not collabing, and Ame was just doing her own project. Cumsharts literally flooded her chat, screeching at her to "HELP GURA WITH HER THING" and Ame not-so-politely told them to fuck off.
Of course the cumsharts had a melty over that, saying she's PMSing and being a bitch (pic related)

Cumsharts are basically the sole reason they all started vocally enforcing chat rule #4.
