but no really, isn't it a job at the end of the day, with a contract? shouldn't it be somewhere in there they have to stream a certain amount of hours unless they have a serious issue stopping them from streaming? Why is cover so lenient with any of their employees fucking off and coming back whenever they like, they have the power to force someone to stream if they are just purely being lazy don't they? Maybe streaming is seen as different in terms of 'work', but it's still under a company. Not even just Gura, it seems like anyone can come and go as they please.[/spoilers]
