Whether you want to believe there's an all knowing, all powerful sky daddy (or whatever caricature you've got in your head) is not really important.
Like I said, I'm not advocating a devout approach to religion here. I'm saying that there is value to adopting some of the individualist moral values that Western interpretations of Christianity has come to represent. The ones that revolve around rights and responsibilities, and the value of moderation.
You can jack of to loli, or whatever you like, but acknowledging that simply jacking off all day isn't something you should wallow in like a pig in muck - even just that slight struggle against it - is something that is bound to improve your life. Even if you don't notice it.
