Can confirm, I'm Israeli and my first reaction upon hearing about the Jew chuubas was "oh fuck no".
I don't know, maybe they're good, but the idea of hearing Hebrew in a weeb context makes me shudder and I'm not sure why that is.
Maybe it's some psychological side effect from hiding your power level as an ESL, I'm used to consuming that sort of content in English and hearing it in my own native language is so unusual and just close-to-home enough that it sounds the "containment breach" alarms in my head.

I think if you want to do something like Vtubing you should stick to English and occasionally let slip your own native language, you can't really get into that sort of thing without English or Japanese so an ESL who's looking for a new chuuba is bound to have a good enough grasp of English for it to not bother them.
