I'm not Kikiholes anon but from what I know kikibread is made combining the Kiki model (just the head, I don't know how to do that) and the bread model which is pretty basic. I think that's doable in blender with current and publicly available assets.

The Kikiholes Kiki model isn't really much different from the regular one. The head shape, a few more strands of hair and panties - the rest like the mouth shape are settings that can't be exported (I think the plugin for exporting KK to blender does have some of these settings though). Anyway I remember the process of exporting and changing the format of the model from koikatsu to PES is tedious so I would personally advise against it for something so minor. Instead I suggest we add another Kiki with the new outfit, maybe pic related model, or the kikiholes model with new outfit if that anon wants to make the card. That way we have two good models instead of just slightly improving one. There's also the baby version of pic related model, we could call it "baby rabbit".
