Pomu has 2 weeks of members dance lessons in preparation for her 3D, not including having to learn the songs she'll be singing and needing a script and rehearsals for the event. That goes for every 3D as well.

that takes multiple days of rehearsals and planning with setting up their OBS scene and including all the shit the sponsor wants shilled and following a script that needs to be rehearsed. if it's a sponsored collab they have to plan all this shit around both of their schedules so it can get very stressful.

The livers don't complain about having to do these things, but if they're putting all that work into doing shit both on and off stream the least their staff could do is actually approve their shit on time. Rosemi couldn't even get her original song released on her birthday despite being finished 2-3 months beforehand.
