That whole costume contest is 100% one of the supposed 'repeat violations of activity rules' that 'damaged the reputation of Nijisanji EN and Anycolor'. Guess when the notice states that Niji basically sent Selen an ultimatum about 'further violation of the Activity Rules'? May 2023. When was the contest? May 2023.
