You'd have to find a replacement in Hololive that would fit the desired point total for the team and the only candidates would be:
1. Korone(Fuse main, plays casually for fun)
2. FBK(snipes with Mastiff, in-fight with Charge Rifle)
3. Shion/Ayame???(haven't seen them play in a while, can mess up point totals)
4. Choco/Nene(same issue as Korone)

The most viable would probably be Roboco but she's chilling. Matsuri was not as good of an an option because of points and vibe check(if she was free). Botan ain't joining ever etc.

Towa-Suzy-Aqua is a good fit because there's less room to clash, even with Towa as leader I expect her to just go with the flow instead of insisting on a course of action + Suzy's rookie status.

No inv as a leader = have to be invited by a leader and her points cost would be difficult to adjust. She might not maintain Pred status but her ability is at the minimum on the higher end of Masters, female and That/non-native JP so any team nabbing her might be easily accused of smurfing if her point cost is too low.

If her point cost is too high then she would basically be IGL status and without connections, it's hard for strangers to take orders from her and/or having weak team mates which has the risk of making them look bad.
Also yeah she's shy, among the friends she's stated on stream, she's only comfortable bullying Kohaku, Laila and Tempplex AFAIK.
