Yeah, that's also interesting detail to point out.
Especially considering that Luca seems almost unrelated to the plot from what we could think of so far.
Maybe Yugo could hear sounds from another worlds and that's how Ike was able to connect with him? Remember he was suffering from hearing too much noises as a child? Headphones Ike gave him blocked the sounds out. So Yugo just was able to access parallel worlds from the birth and communicated with Ike.

Wondering why Luca has Ike and Yugo tatoos tho... We don't know much about how Luca and his mafia clan are connected to this story.
