Yup. She's at the lowest end of the holo range percentage-wise, similar to Kiara. My hypothesis on why Gura is at the low end has more to do with higher subs proportionally engaging a lower number of viewers. Like after 2M, predictions should have been pegged at 8%. But there is no way to test this.
