This is why I took a break from vtubers.
They are worse than anime girls because the person behind the character is actually real so your brain recognizes the 1 in 8,000,000,000 chance to meet her and somehow woo her as a non-zero probability, so even if you know deep down it's never happening, you subconsciously play into girlfriend experience scenarios in your head and drive yourself into a deeper pit of despair and loneliness than you were in to begin with.

Learn to keep them at an arm's length so to speak or suffer and become a Gosling poster.
