Wrong pic for boobs. Not all artists but the best method to learn how to draw figures (or pretty much anything) from imagination is to build them using simple shapes and blocks and then add details. It helps giving them volume, understanding where and how the light hits, pose them in perspective while keeping accurate propostions etc.
Of course this requires a LOT of grind and the internet is filled with mediocre artists with poor drawing skills that rely one rendering and filters to make their drawings pop even if they are shit. Probably one of the reasons AI is so good at souless rendering slops.
