An after stream tweet is an after stream tweet, not an otsutweet. The fact that you called it an after stream tweet shows that they're two different things. It is pedantic, but pedantic does not mean incorrect. An otsutweet can be defined as a subclass of after stream tweet, wherein Lia says otsu and typically an additional comment or joke. Here is a very obvious example. If she had said otsulia, then quoted Dizzy, it would be an otsutweet, but it doesn't meet the requirements. It is an after stream tweet however and the difference is negligible due to otsutweets being a subclass of after stream tweet. So while it wouldn't meet the actual defenition of otsutweet, you are correct in saying the matter is pedantic and the Dizzy after stream tweet serves a similar function to a typical otsutweet.
