Don't get me wrong. Management is flat out incompetent at times but I also can easily see how a project with over 16 different artists might be missing the fully written consent of 1 or 2 people. It'd be really easy to gloss over, especially if you thought you had everyone already. She keeps track of a lot of things on a day to day basis, we all know how busy she is. It's not hard to believe that she just didn't get the express permission of one or two people

And as far as IGL goes. I don't disagree that she had better game sense, which is why she was offered the position. The fact that she declined the position only to later on say that someone she talked to reviewed her footage and said she should have been igl, kinda sucks because she was the one responsible for her not being the igl.

No management will ever be perfect and I actually am still on Selens side because management clearly should have taken a better look at it before she published it but I don't think Millie was being a bitch by reaching out publicly when Selen has been known to not respond to anyone for months at a time
