I'm like 90% sure she lurks here so any ideas we give will be spoiled for her but here's my contribution.

Name: Tiramisold (Tiramisu + Mold)
Short SCP like description: A tiramisu that grew so moldy that it gained sentience
Effect it has when equipped by the player: (are we talking like stat boost or weapon???)
Its boss form: A giant, slow moving pile of mold (like giant slime monsters)
Boss attacks/phases/ai: The boss shoots moldy spores out where the player has to dodge like a touhou bullet hell.
