Right after the 2nd fart at 1:54:12, Bae asks at 1:54:14 "Was that Animal?" Then following that the one person that should know Mumei asks at 1:54:18 "Do you hear an Animal?" followed soon by Bae repeating the question but wants to know. Mumei then responds with Animal also angry it seems. The smoking gun though is at 1:54:25 when Bae says "Kronii you've done it this time, you've angered the animal."

If you have good headphones you can also hear that Kronii farted a 3rd time at 1:54:15 going into 1:54:16 it's masked by Sana's loud voice but you can hear it. Also the 3rd fart sounds like what the ripple effect of a smaller fart after the main one happens sound like.

I would also like to say the fact there were 3 farts all close together rules out the animal as it's more of a sign of upset tummy because an animal wouldn't make sounds so close and low audible.

At the end of the day I conclude it was fart but the group picked up on it fast and tried to play it off as a joke. This is farther supported by the fact they were all super confused despite hearing Mumei's actual animal in multiple other calls.
