At the top, yes, but there were 27 KR channels with 1k+ median in 2022 and the scene is doing better and better on Twitch.
Isegye Idol is part of the Waktaverse - On Twitch the Parable group.
Woowakgood being the God Emperor of the Waktaverse, but there are several other groups and members in it, that can get good numbers orbiting.

Maoruya was the next after the ISegye girls for 2022, 4,7Mil watch hours and 2.8k Median.
but in Jan 2023, Stellive moved over from YT in and did immensely well.
They were the only other vtubers on Twitch consistently getting over 10k for streams, but are getting a bit less now that clips exist again for KR. Vods still can't be saved.
