I'm a 35p, have been for 2+ years, and I'm telling you now that perpetuating this shitposting you call "defending Miko" is not what she would want. She wouldn't shittalk her coworkers and friends, she wouldn't spread rrats about them, and definitely wouldn't hold a grudge. Her totsu this year failed compared to last year, but she does carry part of the blame. She knows this, and will end up blaming herself for this, just like with the doujin yab last year. Could more people have called, even if mid-stream? Sure, but you can't exactly blame them for not doing so either. Being angry at them will end up making Miko more sad than happy, so instead spend your time supporting and encouraging her instead of attacking her friends.
Maybe come up for something us 35p should do for her birthday, it's not that far off now.
