Art style is subjective. She's got a very painterly styled model. You don't have to love it, but it's an intentional look. The rigging is shite and that's clearly what everyone but you apparently is talking about which goes back to the main point of VShojo and /lig/gers btfo'ing both Holo and Niji in this regard. You can try making another retarded Niji anti thread later on and maybe pick a less stupid way to do it.
