She clearly did anon, at very least to film with the other girls. Given that Shion and Ayame were in it as well it clearly shows a level of preparation in the whole thing.

Ayame reason for her month long absence was (according to her) lack of internet access in her old place and the challenge of moving into her new house.
I truly doubt she was there to film with Rushia during that period, which makes it believable that the whole filming was done before that.

Whatever happened to trigger Matsuri happened *before* the rant tweets, it most likely happened when she had to release her anniversary promotional material without having removed Haachama
